Product/Service purchased from IntroNexus may be refundable only if you cancel it within 7 days of transaction.

Product or Service purchased by using digital assets or token will not be refunded. “Date of the transaction” for the purpose of this Refund Policy, means the date of purchase of any product or service, which includes the date any renewal is processed by IntroNexus in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable product or service agreement (Terms of Use). You can cancel a product at any time, but a refund will only be applied if cancellation is requested within the refund time frame specified for the applicable product, if available at all.

Note: Some products or services have different requirements or policies for the refund associated with them. including some products/services that are not eligible for a refund under any circumstance. Please see below for refund terms applicable for such products/services:

● Hosting (all plans except VPS Hosting)
● Domain Transfers (.eu transfers are an exception. EURid charges a non-refundable transfer fee. If the transfer fails for any reason, the customer must start over and pay the transfer fee again. es transfers are non-refundable.)

VPS Hosting purchased from IntroNexus may be refundable only if you cancel it within 7 days of transaction. The refund amount will be 50%. The amount will be refunded via the same payment gateway. The refund process will take 3 to 4 business days.

Please note that products/services purchased using these payment methods can not be refunded to the original payment source:

However, we can offer refunds to your IntroNexus Balance and/or to PayPal in a case when you provide a valid PayPal account that belongs to you.

Over-funded balance can be refunded within 7 days of the payment that resulted in the over-funding. In special cases, other payments can be refunded instead of the original payment if the 30-day time-frame can be applied to those payments.


Affiliate Terms and Condition

To be an authorised affiliate of IntroNexus, you agree to obey terms and conditions mentioned in this agreement. Please read this agreement carefully before registering and using IntroNexus as an affiliate. By signing up for the IntroNexus affiliate program, you agree and accept the terms and conditions.

Our affiliate program is designed to help you generate income in exchange for referring new clients to our company. Terms and conditions are mentioned below with our affiliate program.

Affiliates are paid a one-time referral fee for each hosting account referred to our products/services. A referral is counted when a unique customer first clicks on an affiliate tracking link and within 30 days completes the signup process and stays active for 31 days.

For Basic, Standard, Advance hosting, WordPress,  Business and Cloud hosting minimum one month and maximum one year billing cycle will be considered even if the client signs up for more than one year, you will get commission only on the first year payment. For the rest of the hosting plans commission will be offered only for the first month.

Affiliate accounts must be active at the time of the referral. No referral fee will be given to your affiliate account for sales that occurred before you joined the affiliate program. Affiliate commission is approved after 31 days of client purchase. (example: Client order date is 01-03-2020 the Commission approved date would be 01-04-2020).

An Affiliate must make at least 3 sales before he/she becomes eligible to receive payments, regardlessof the minimun affiliate amount threshold.

An Affiliate must earn a minimum of ₹500 before the affiliate account is eligible for payment.
Affiliate commissions are paid on 15th of every month.

Affiliates are only eligible for commissions when they refer to new clients. If an existing client placing an order through an affiliate, such a commission will be declined.

If an existing client renews or purchases any other hosting, in that case the affiliate is not eligible for commission.

Affiliates are paid only if the order process is completed, if the client cancels the order then it is treated as cancelled order and the affiliates are not eligible for commission.

Affiliates payment is done through PayPal and NEFT, PayTM, PhonePe, Google pay  (Note: For NEFT payment the affiliates should email their bank details to affiliates@intronexus.com) To update your payment information, please contact the affiliate department.

Affiliates are solely responsible for ensuring that all payee information is up to date in the affiliate system. We are not responsible for lost or stolen payments. The affiliate is responsible for keeping all information up to date including email and postal addresses, contact, name, payment information or any other personal information that will impact the ability to issue a valid payment. Failure to provide current information can result in forfeiture of any referral fees due to you. Referral fees that are left unclaimed or are returned for invalid or insufficient information or for other reasons may be forfeited as well.

As an affiliate please make sure that you are able to accept payments. Make sure your PayPal or bank account can accept payments from india-based companies.

Affiliates are solely responsible for all fees, surcharges, exchange rates and other expenses incurred to receive their commission. Check with your bank or PayPal if any of these is applicable to your account.

Because of the high recurrence of credit card fraud and cancellation rates, we reserve the authority to hold commission fees for up to 50 days for verification. We also reserve the right to cancel commission fees in the event that we are unable to collect funds, the order is deceitful, the customer cancels within the first 30 days, or if we get to know that the commission fee was earned inappropriately for any other reason.

Our affiliate system calculates the commission fees on the total amount which includes service/product fees, GST and payment gateway fees. Before making the payout we will exclude the GST and payment gateway fees.

Referrals must have an active hosting account for 31 days in sequence or the commission will be reversed.

Referrals that downgrade their hosting plan will be reversed.

Referrals that issue a chargeback or are found to be fraudulent (fake information, fake/stolen credit cards etc.) will be reversed regardless of the amount of time that has passed since the signup occurred.

Referrals that cancel their plan before you reach to ₹1500 payout, will be reversed.

Affiliates can not offer any reward (e.g. cash back, incentive) to drive traffic/sales via their affiliate link.

Affiliates can not use traffic that is generated by pay to (e.g. read, click), any kind of clicks or banner exchanges, or similar methods.

Affiliates can not use cookie stuffing techniques that set the tracking cookie without the user actually clicking on the referral link (for example a 1×1 pixel iframe).

Affiliates can not bid on or use our company name, trademark, trademark +, or misspelled keywords for the purpose of Pay Per Click on Internet search engines like Google, Yahoo etc.

Affiliates can not use our company’s trademark, or any misspelled word in their domain names.

Affiliates are solely responsible for making sure their tracking affiliate code is working properly before sending traffic to our website. Any modification to the links is the responsibility of the affiliate. commission fees will not be paid for tracking errors caused by masking, editing, redirecting or tampering with your links.

Domain forwarding, the use of redirected pages and links to send a user to our site forbidden.
Affiliates can not copy any portion of our website and display it on their domain or site.

 

Affiliates can not participate in the commercial of business-opportunity destinations or use advertising rehearses that draw in false or momentary (clients with low retention and renewal rates).

Affiliates can not include our standards or content connections on site containing grown-up, youngster sex entertainment related substance/pictures/recordings and so on.

As an affiliate your account can be deactivated at any point of time without any warning or notice. Your account WILL BE DEACTIVATED and referral charges set to 0 or inability to agree to the Affiliate Terms and Advertising Policies contained here.

Any bogus or deceiving publicizing or suspected false action related with your affiliate account will bring about prompt deactivation.

Affiliate accounts producing countless fake accounts will be deactivated.

As an affiliate, you can not resell hosting. All customers must give their own contact details and payment information to be eligible for commission fees.

If you would like to end your affiliate status, remove your affiliate link and never promote them. For accounting purposes your record and individual data won’t be expelled from our system.

BY REGISTERING AS AN AFFILIATE YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. In the event that YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU MUST DISCONTINUE THE REGISTRATION PROCESS, DISCONTINUE YOUR USE OF THE AFFILIATE PROGRAM, OR DEACTIVATE YOUR ACCOUNT IF YOU ARE ALREADY A MEMBER.

Changes to the Terms and Conditions are applicable to you. You may audit the most present form of the Terms and Conditions on the site. IntroNexus may change the Terms and Conditions, in entire or to some degree, whenever at IntroNexus’ sole discretion. Posting of such changed Terms and Conditions on the site will establish notice of such changes to you, despite the fact that IntroNexus may pick extra sorts of notice.
